Máire Fitzgerald Máire has been scouting in Ireland for the past 18 years, holds a B. Ed in Education and Psychology, and works as a primary school teacher. She is a Beaver Leader in her local group with previous experiences in the Scout and Venture sections. Máire is currently a Youth Advisor to the World Scout Committee and is involved in a number of different international projects. She was a member of the European Scout Region’s Youth Empowerment Strategic Priority Group 2015-2016. Máire‘s link with the Agora is long. She has been participant, member and later on coordinator of the Planning Team and last year acted as a coach from the region to the PT, role that she is holding this year too.
